ECOS (India) Mobility & Hospitality Ltd appoints Ms. Vandana Chamaria as Independent Director

ECOS (India) Mobility & Hospitality Limited (BSE: 544239), formerly known as "Eco Rent a Car", today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Ms. Vandana Chamaria (DIN: 07131829) as an Independent Director of the Company, effective November 12, 2025. Her appointment is for a period of five consecutive years, ending November 11, 2030, and is subject to approval of the shareholders. This appointment follows the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and reflects the Company's continued commitment to strengthening its governance framework and Board diversity in line with its long-term strategic ambitions.

Ms. Chamaria brings over 22 years of experience across consumer-facing sectors including technology, retail, FMCG, healthcare and mobility services. She has served in leadership roles at Google India, Hero MotoCorp, Yum Restaurants, GSK Consumer Healthcare and Blue Tokai, with extensive exposure to commercial strategy, brand development, digital transformation and operational excellence. Her wide-ranging experience in global and Indian markets is expected to significantly enhance the Board's strategic perspective as ECOS accelerates its next phase of growth.
