Welcure Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd allots 11,23,58,200 Bonus Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Welcure Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has, at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, 17th October, 2025, approved the allotment of 11,23,58,200 Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each as fully paid bonus equity shares, to the members whose names appear in the Register of Members as on Thursday, October 16, 2025 i.e. Record Date fixed for this purpose, in the proportion of 1:10 i.e 1 (One) Equity Share of Re 1/- each for every 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each held.

Further, the Board has considered and decided that any fractional entitlement(s) arising out of the bonus issue shall be ignored and no allotment shall be made in respect of such fractional shares. The bonus shares will be allotted only in whole numbers and shareholders entitled to receive fractional shares shall not be issued any such shares, nor will any payment be made in lieu of the fractional entitlement.

Consequently, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 1,12,35,82,000/- consisting of 1,12,35,82,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 1,23,59,40,200/- consisting of 1,23,59,40,200 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

The Bonus Equity Shares as allotted above shall rank pari-passu and carry the same rights with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
