TAJ GVK Hotels & Resorts Ltd signs agreement with Indian Hotels Company Ltd

TAJ GVK Hotels & Resorts Limited today signed the Hotel Management Agreement with Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) for the upcoming 5 Star luxury hotel at Yelahanka, Bengaluru. The tenure of the agreement is for a period of 20 years from the date of opening of the hotel.

Shares of Taj GVK Hotels & Resorts Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 413.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 420.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7845 in over 517 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 422.85 and intraday low of 412.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3286249.00.
