KRN HVAC Products Pvt Ltd to acquire Bus Air-Conditioning division of SRSPL

The Board of Directors of KRN HVAC Products Private Limited, ("KRN HVAC"), a wholly owned subsidiary of KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited at their meeting held today has approved the signing of a Business Transfer Agreement ("BTA") with Sphere Refrigeration Systems Private Limited ("SRSPL") under which KRN HVAC will acquire the business of the Bus Air-Conditioning division carried out by SRSPL.

Consequent to this and after signing of the BTA, the business of the Bus Air-Conditioning division so far carried out by SRSPL will be transferred to and carried out by KRN HVAC. The above-mentioned business acquisition is expected to enhance revenues and profitability.

Shares of KRN Heat Exchanger And Refrigeration Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 826.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 828.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7462 in over 793 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 842.20 and intraday low of 821.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6187001.00.
