Panth Infinity Limited, engaged by Bodhtree Consulting Limited for the development of the product "GenBI: The Next-Gen AI-Powered BI & Analytics Platform" has subcontracted a part of the project to M/s. Semayra Web Services Private Limited.

The details of the subcontract are as follows:

- Name of Original Vendor: M/s. Panth Infinity Limited, Ahmedabad

- Name of Subcontractor Vendor: M/s. Semayra Web Services Private Limited, Delhi

- Scope Subcontracted: For development of the product "GenBI: The Next-Gen AI-Powered BI & Analytics Platform"

- Reason for Subcontracting: To enhance execution efficiency and to meet project-specific business requirements.

The Company has been informed that such subcontracting is in line with the terms of engagement with the original vendor. The approval for subcontracting has been granted by the Board of Directors through Circular Resolution dated March 17th, 2026.
