Godavari Drugs allots Warrants and Equity Shares on Preferential Basis

The Board of Directors of M/s. Godavari Drugs Limited at its meeting held on Wednesday, the 18nd day of March, 2026, at 05.30 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company, considered and approved, the allotment of 23,60,065 convertible warrants at a price (i.e., the price including the Warrant Subscription Price and the Warrant Exercise Price) of Rs.89/- each ("Warrant Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs.21,00,45,785/- on preferential basis to the Promoters of the Company pursuant to the In-Principle Approval granted by the BSE Limited. The Company has received 25% of the Warrant Issue Price i.e. Rs.89/- against each Warrant, aggregating to Rs. 5,25,11,446.25/- ("Warrant Subscription Price").

The board also approved the allotment of 25,96,935 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each as fully paid-up at an issue price of Rs.89/- per share, including a premium of Rs.79/- per share aggregating to Rs. 23,11,27,215/- on preferential basis to the promoters and non-Promoters of the Company pursuant to the In-Principle Approval granted by the BSE Limited.
