Provigil Surveillance Ltd receives LOI from RailTel Corporation of India Ltd

Magellanic Cloud Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) / advance intimation to commence work from RailTel Corporation of India Limited.

The award pertains to the "Installation of CCTV Surveillance System for Customer of RailTel (CoR) (Inside Engg College Campus)" under Tender/EOI No. RCIL/NR_CDG/EOI/MKTG/PEC/CCTV/2025-26 dated 16th March 2026

The project, valued at ₹ 1,55,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Fifty-Five Lakhs only), inclusive of taxes, includes:

- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV surveillance infrastructure.

- Deployment of key surveillance components including Camera, Switch, NVR, Display, Rack, UPS, Hard Disk and other related items.

- Submission of Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) of ₹ 7,75,000/- being 5% of contract value.

- Warranty support for a period of 3 years as per project terms.

The delivery and execution of the project are expected to be completed within 1 month from commencement of work / issuance of formal ERP Purchase Order, in accordance with the LOI and tender terms.

This order further strengthens Provigil Surveillance Limited's position in the public sector surveillance and critical infrastructure security segment and reinforces the Group's continued momentum in delivering technology-driven security and monitoring solutions.
