Ceigall India Limited, one of India's fastest-growing EPC companies, today announced that its subsidiary, Ceigall Ludhiana Bathinda Greenfield Highway Private Limited, has received letter from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) notifying 29th September, 2025 as the "Appointed Date" for its highway development project.
The project, valued at ₹981 crore, entails the development of a 6-lane access-controlled Ludhiana-Bathinda Greenfield highway section of NH-754AD, spanning from the junction with MogaBarnala Road (NH-703) near village Tallewal to the junction with Delhi-Katra Expressway (NE5) near Ludhiana (Village Ballowal). Covering a stretch from km 30+300 to km 75+543, this project forms a critical link in the Ludhiana-Ajmer Economic Corridor under Bharatmala Pariyojna Phase-I (Package-2).
The project will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), with a construction period of 730 days from the Appointed Date and an operation period of 15 years thereafter.

Recently, Ceigall-JSPPPL JV secured an LoA worth ₹509.20 crore from GMADA for the development of internal roads and allied works at the Aerotropolis township project in Mohali. These projects position the company as a key contributor to building resilient connectivity and supporting large-scale regional development across India.
Shares of Ceigall India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 261.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 262.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12143 in over 325 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 269.00 and intraday low of 260.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3194378.00.
