IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd has sold portion of commercial vehicle loan book

IndoStar Capital Finance Limited took a decisive step forward in reducing stressed portfolio by approving a transaction for a sale of portion of its Commercial Vehicle Loan book to Phoenix ARC Private Limited. The sale aggregates to dues outstanding of Rs. 309.6 crores at a purchase consideration of upto Rs. 220.3 crores.

The accounts have been resolved on September 29, 2025 in terms of Master Directions - Reserve Bank of India (Transfer of Loan Exposures) Directions 2021, as amended from time to time.

Shares of IndoStar Capital Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 246.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 250.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2893 in over 190 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 259.90 and intraday low of 245.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 720819.00.
