Operating under the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework, these newly secured contracts highlight the corporation's sustained momentum in rendering engineering and supervisory expertise across diverse institutional segments. The cumulative order value comprises two geographically separated developments, highlighting infrastructural extensions in Western India and financial commercial spaces in the upcoming state capital of Andhra Pradesh.
Infrastructure Expansion at JNV Nandurbar-I
The first component of the regulatory disclosure outlines an institutional project awarded by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. Valued at an estimated Rs. 6.92 crore (excluding GST), this project entails the construction of a parallel extension to the existing school building alongside additional quarters for the staff at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Nandurbar-I, situated in Maharashtra. Structured completely as a domestic Project Management Consultancy contract, the assignment aligns with public-funded educational infrastructure scaling.
Corporate Commercial Development in Amaravati
The second and larger share of the aggregated amount resides in a commercial development contract awarded by Indian Bank. With an approximate execution value of Rs. 35.63 crore (excluding GST), NBCC will head the construction of dedicated office premises for Indian Bank located at Plot No: 94, Uddandarayunipalem, Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. This project expands NBCC's presence in the emerging administrative zone of Amaravati through a domestic Project Management Consultancy model.
