PNC Infratech Limited receives Rs. 228.90 crores based on settlement agreement from NHAI

PNC Infratech Limited has announced about the realization of Rs. 2,28,90,37,464.00 (Two hundred twenty-eight crores ninety lakhs thirty-seven thousand four hundred sixty-four only) by Company being the net amount after deduction of tarx at source (TDS) on 22 May 2026 (evening), in terms of the Settlement Agreement executed on 12.05.2026 between NHAI and Company for an amount of Rs. 2341991031465 (Two hundred thirty-four crores ninety-nine lakhs three thousand four hundred sixty-five only) towards the 6one time settlement' under the 'Vivad Se Vishwas III (Contractual Disputes)' Scheme of Government of India.

Shares of PNC Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 216.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 212.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42553 in over 1062 trades.
