MIRC Electronics Ltd is now Onida Electronics Ltd

The company has today, i.e. May 22, 2026, received the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs consequent upon change of name of the Company from "MIRC Electronics Limited" to "Onida Electronics Limited".

The aforesaid change of name is effective from May 20, 2026, being the date mentioned in the said Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Shares of MIRC Electronics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 39.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.49. The total number of shares traded during the day was 61727 in over 231 trades.
