Alka Securities to forfeit shares

Alka Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2008, inter alia, has decided to forfeit the equity shares on which calls are in arrears and have not paid instead of many reminders and grant of extra period.
