Allen Reinforced Plastics Ltd receives LOI for Rs. 94.45 crores from BrahMos Aerospace

Allen Reinforced Plastics Limited (formerly Allen Reinforced Plastics Private Limited) ("Allen"), a step-down subsidiary of Jaykay Enterprises Limited, had received a Letter of Intent ("LOI") from BrahMos Aerospace Private Limited, valued at approx. Rs. 94.45 Crores (including GST).

The aforesaid LOI has now materialized into a definitive Order from Brahmos Aerospace Private Limited.

Shares of JAYKAY ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 160.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 157.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 179162 in over 1254 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 162.95 and intraday low of 158.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 28734335.00.
