Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Ltd to change name as Bosch Home Comfort India Ltd

The Board has approved change of name of the Company from Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited to Bosch Home Comfort India Limited and to alter name clause of Memorandum of Association.

Shares of Johnson Controls - Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1765.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1740.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1223 in over 105 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1775.00 and intraday low of 1738.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2155732.00.
