Coromandel Engineering Company Ltd issues corporate guarantee to RAR Fincare Ltd for Rs. 1 crore

Coromandel Engineering Company Ltd has issued corporate guarantee to RAR Fincare Limited ("Lender") for an amount of Rs. 100,00,000 (Rupees One Crore only) as guarantee for Business Term Loan availed by Mrs Kalaiarasi, relative of the Mr G V Manimaran, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.

The said facility is for a period of 36 months (including 6 months of moratorium) and Interest payable during moratorium.
