Sellwin Traders Ltd enters into MOU with Shivam Contracting Inc., USA

Sellwin Traders Limited ("the Company") has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on August 22, 2025, with Shivam Contracting Inc., USA, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, to explore a strategic investment opportunity.

As per the MOU, Sellwin Traders Limited proposes to make an equity-linked investment of up to USD 6.00 million in Shivam Contracting Inc. over a period of three years, subject to applicable statutory and regulatory approvals in India and the USA, including compliance with FEMA, RBI, SEBI, and BSE regulations.

The strategic association is aimed at enabling the Company to participate in current and future projects undertaken by Shivam Contracting Inc. in the United States. The MOU outlines the intention of the parties and is non-binding in nature except for certain clauses relating to confidentiality, governing law, and dispute resolution. The definitive agreements shall be executed post completion of necessary due diligence and receipt of requisite approvals.
