Intellect Design Arena Ltd, UK aprpoves MOU with ITIXA Ltd for JV

The Board of Directors of Intellect Design Arena Limited, UK (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intellect Design Arena Limited) has, approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a joint venture with UK-based ITIXA Limited (a group Company of System Holdings Limited). A formal joint venture agreement will be executed in due course.

This Joint Venture entity is proposed to be set up in GIFT City, IFSC, Gujarat.

Shares of Intellect Design Arena Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 961.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 987.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18011 in over 973 trades.
