Greenply Specility Panels Pvt Ltd closes MDF plant temporarily for capacity expansion

Greenply Industries Ltd has announced that the manufacturing operations at the MDF plant of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary M/s. Greenply Speciality Panels Pvt. Ltd. (WOS), situated at Village Sherpura, Dist. Vadodara, Gujarat shall remain closed for a period of about 4 (four) weeks w.e.f. August 12, 2025 to carry out extension of the ContiRoll press of the Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) Machinery. Upon completion of this work, the Plant's production capacity is expected to increase from 800 chm per day to 1000 cbm per day.

Further to inform that, the market supply of the products from Greenply Speciality Panels Pvt. Ltd. shall remain uninterrupted during the shutdown period as the said WOS has proactively built adequate inventory to meet the market demand.

Shares of Greenply Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 311.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 309.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4493 in over 238 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 318.95 and intraday low of 305.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1383785.00.
