Astral Ltd to acquire 80% in Nexelon Chem Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Astral Limited ("the Company/AL") at its Meeting held today i.e. 11th August 2025, has considered and approved the proposal for acquisition of 80% equity share and further invest up to Rs. 120 crores over period of time in NEXELON CHEM PRIVATE LIMITED ('NEXELON ' or 'Target Company').

NEXELON was incorporated on 31st July 2023 under the Companies Act 2013, with an object for carrying out the business of manufacturing of chemicals and chemicals products.

Further the company is in process to set up manufacturing unit to manufacture CPVC resin which the main raw materials of the company and the revenue generation is yet to commence.

Shares of Astral Poly Technik Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1382.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1375.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10606 in over 1027 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1388.95 and intraday low of 1365.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14634545.00.
