Arunjyoti Bio Ventures Ltd registers land with warehouse

The Board of Directors of Arunjyoti Bio Ventures Limited, at its meeting held on 11.12.2024, had approved the purchase of land admeasuring 2 acres 06 guntas along with a constructed warehouse measuring 22,000 sq. ft., located at Jangaon, Telangana, from related parties, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing general meeting.

Subsequently, the said proposal was approved by the shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 06.01.2025.

The purchase of the aforesaid land and warehouse has been registered today, i.e., on 06.08.2025 in the name of the Company.
