Swan Energy Ltd is now Swan Corp Ltd

The name of the Company stands changed from "Swan Energy Limited" to "Swan Corp Limited" with effect from 29th July, 2025, pursuant to the fresh certificate of incorporation dated 29th July, 2025, received from Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Officer of the Central Processing Centre, Manesar, Haryana.

Accordingly, henceforth, the name of the company will be "Swan Corp Limited".

Shares of Swan Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 482.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 467.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 175188 in over 2978 trades.
