Epigral Limited declares final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of Epigral Limited has declared Final dividend of Rs.3.50 (35%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2024-25 and which shall be paid/dispatched as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
