Ircon International Ltd awarded work for Rs. 485.14 crores

North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited has awarded the work to Ircon International Limited for "Package-I: construction of Civil Works on Item Rate for Tato-I Hydro Electric Project, Arunachal Pradesh, comprising of Headworks & allied works, Head Race Channel, Head race Pipe, Intake, Headrace tunnel, Surge shaft, Pressure shaft, Valve house, Power house & allied works and Infrastructure works".

The project value is INR 458,14,42,765.23 (Indian Rupees Four Hundred Fifty-Eight Crore Fourteen Lakhs Forty-two Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty-Five and paise twenty-three only) - Including all applicable taxes & duties.

Shares of Ircon International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 153.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 152.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 701678 in over 8243 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 159.50 and intraday low of 152.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 109122934.00.
