Central Bank of India recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.1875

The board of directors of Central Bank of India have recommended final dividend of 1.875% i.e. Rs.0.1875 per equity share of Rs. 10 each fully paid out of the net profits for the year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Bank.

Shares of Central Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 37.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 36.83. The total number of shares traded during the day was 514205 in over 1235 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 37.55 and intraday low of 36.52. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19111016.00.
