VST Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The board of directors of VST Industries Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs.10/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each. The dividend if approved will be paid within 30 days of the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 94th Annual General Meeting.
