Lemon Tree Hotels Limited rebrands Hotel in Nasik

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced that the upcoming Managed Hotel in Nasik, Maharashtra i.e. Lemon Tree Hotel, Nasik is rebranded as "Lemon Tree Resort, Nasik". The property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited and is expected to open in FY 2026.

This Resort will now feature 72 well-appointed rooms (an increase from previous disclosure of 57 rooms), a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool and a spa.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 146.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 147.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 160382 in over 1291 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 149.35 and intraday low of 143.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23375743.00.
