Gujarat Hotels Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of directors of Gujarat Hotels Limited has recommended, subject to declaration by the members, Final Dividend of ₹3 per equity share of ₹10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025. The details with respect to date of the Annual General Meeting, Record Date for payment of dividend and the date of payment of such dividend will be advised in due course.
