MD and CEO of Sigachi Industries Ltd remanded

Mr. Amit Raj Sinha, Managing Director & CEO of Sigachi Industries Limited, was remanded on 27 Dec 2025, in connection with the ongoing investigation relating to the fire incident at the Company's Hyderabad Unit located at Pashamylaram, which occurred on 30 June 2025.

The Company has taken all necessary measures to ensure the continuity of its operations and day-today activities. In the interim, Mr. Lijo Stephen Chacko, Deputy Group CEO, will oversee the operations of the Company.
