Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd fixes Jan 14, 2026 as record date for 5:1 stock split

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited has fixed Wednesday, January 14, 2026 as the 'Record Date' to determine the eligible equity shareholders of the Bank whose equity shares will be sub-divided.

As announced earlier, the sub-division of equity shares will be made as under: Sub-division (split) of 1 (One) existing equity share of the Bank having face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five only) each, fully paid-up, into 5 (Five) equity shares of the Bank having face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One only) each, fully paid-up.

Shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2163.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2164.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17439 in over 2237 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2173.90 and intraday low of 2153.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 37710420.00.
