Maharashtra Scooters Ltd recommends final of Rs. 30 and special dividend of Rs. 30

The Board of directors of Maharashtra Scooters Ltd at its Meeting held on 23 April 2025, considered and recommended final dividend of Rs. 30 per share (300%) of face value of Rs. 10 and a special dividend of Rs. 30 per share (300%) of face value of Rs. 10 on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The said dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited / dispatched on or around 27 July 2025 and/or 28 July 2025.

The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2025, has been fixed as Friday, 27 June 2025.

Shares of Maharashtra Scooters Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 11640.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11434.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2388 in over 1033 trades.
