Tata Elxsi Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 75

The Board of Directors of Tata Elxsi Limited have recommended a dividend of ₹ 75/- per equity share of ₹ 10 each, for the financial year 2024-25, subject to tax, which shall be paid on or after the seventh day from the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
