Tinna Rubber And Infrastructure Ltd to list in NSE from April 17, 2025

Tinna Rubber And Infrastructure Limited (the "Company") had applied for listing of its Equity Shares on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE") and the listing and trading approval for the same has been duly received from NSE on April 15, 2025.

Apart from the existing Equity Shares of the Company listed in BSE Limited ("BSE") and the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited ("CSE"), the entire 1,71,29,500 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each of the Company, shall be listed and admitted to dealings/trading on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE") in Capital Market Segment, effective from April 17, 2025 vide NSE letter ref: NSE/LIST/196 and NSE Circular Ref. No. 0632/2025 (Download Ref No.: NSE/CML/67526) dated April 15, 2025.

The equity shares of Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited (Symbol: TINNARUBR) shall be traded in the Normal Market segment (Rolling Settlement) in compulsory demat for all investors.
