Orient Cement Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Orient Cement Limited at their meeting held today, i.e., on April 13, 2025, which commenced at 2:30 p.m. and concluded at 3:25 p.m., considered and recommended a dividend of ₹ 0.50 (50%) per equity share of ₹ 1/- each for the year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company which shall be paid/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration.
