Walchandnagar Industries Ltd declares lockout at Satara plant

The Management has withdrawn the suspension of operations order and has instead declared lockout at Walchandnagar Industries Ltd's Plant situated at Satara, Maharashtra w.e.f. April 12, 2025.

However, there is no suspension of production activities or lockout at the other two plants of the Company situated at Walchandnagar, Pune and Dharwad, Karnataka.

Shares of Walchandnagar Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 172.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 164.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27459 in over 710 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 177.45 and intraday low of 170.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4771603.00.
