Beluga International DMCC, Dubai enters into lease agreement with Ballast Shipping

Beluga International DMCC, Dubai ("Beluga"), wholly owned subsidiary of Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited ("Dolphin") has entered into a Lease agreement today viz., April 08, 2025 with Ballast Shipping S.A. DE C.V for leasing of "Prabha"- DP2 Accommodation Barge (Previously known as "Vikrant Dolphin") for a period of 3 years. The total estimated value of this agreement is approximately USD 32.85 Millions ~ to INR 281 crores.

Shares of Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 315.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 309.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1194 in over 21 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 315.20 and intraday low of 315.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 376348.00.
