Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company of Insolation Energy Limited (INA), has successfully performed the Bhoomi Pujan Ceremony for the construction of an new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Plot No-P-4, Manufacturing Zone for Power and Renewable, Mohasa Babai, Makhan Nagar, Narmadapuram - 461661, Madhya Pradesh with a capacity of:
- 4.5 GW for Solar Cell Manufacturing;
- 18,000 MT for Aluminium Frame Manufacturing
The Bhoomi Pujan was performed by Honorable Chairman & Whole Time Director of Insolation Energy Limited, Mr. Manish Gupta and Managing Director of Insolation Energy Limited, Mr. Vikas Jain, along with other senior dignitaries of the Company in the morning hours of 25th August, 2025.
The construction of the new manufacturing facility is spread over 45 acres (approximately 1,82,108.5 square meters). The Company plans to invest approximately ₹1,600 Crores in this project. Furthermore, the facility will benefit the local communities in and around its vicinity, as is expected to generate over 1,600 direct and indirect employment opportunities, thereby contributing to regional development and the renewable energy sector's growth. This will be our fourth manufacturing facility in the group and first outside Rajasthan.
Commenting on this momentous occasion, Mr. Manish Gupta, Chairman & Whole Time Director, of Insolation Energy Limited, said, "This new facility will play a significant role in augmenting our capacity in catering to the growing consumer demand across India".

In addition, the company has recently commenced commercial operations of its new 3 GW PV Module manufacturing plant located at Delhi-Ajmer Expressway, Village - Sawarda, Jaipur - 303338, Rajasthan. With the commissioning of this facility, the INA Group's total operational PV Module manufacturing capacity now stands at 4 GW.
