The Board of Directors of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited in its meeting held on 08 April 2025 has approved the declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up for the Financial Year 2024-25. Further, the Company has fixed Wednesday, 16 April 2025 as "Record Date" for the same. The payment of 2nd Interim Dividend shall be completed on or before 07 May 2025.
