Saraswati Saree Depot Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.515

The Board of Directors of Saraswati Saree Depot Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., Friday, April 4, 2025 at 12.00 P.M., considered and declared and approved Interim dividend of Rs. 1.515 (15.15%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2025-26 amounting to Rs. 5,99,93,697. The Company has fixed Thursday, April 10, 2025 as the record date for determining entitlement of Members for payment of Interim dividend for financial year 2025-26.

Shares of Saraswati Saree Depot Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 84.61 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 88.81. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40272 in over 440 trades.
