Loyal Textile Mills Ltd sells part of its windmill units for Rs. 73.80 crores

Loyal Textile Mills Ltd has entered into an agreement to sell part of its Windmill units through M/s. Anuvento Renewables Private Limited represented by its Directors viz., Mr.Naveen Bhandari and Mr.Ajith Kumar Choradia. Accordingly, the Company has finalized the sale of 25 Windmill units to various parties for a total consideration of Rs. 73,80,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy-Three Crore Eighty Lakhs Only).

This sale of Windmill is part of the Company's strategic initiatives to reduce debt and focus on its core business areas.

Shares of LOYAL TEXTILE MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 225.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 225.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 239 in over 9 trades.
