DCM Shriram Limited to set up 12 TPD Integrated CBG plant

The Board of Directors of DCM Shriram Limited has approved the proposal for setting up 12 TPD integrated Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant at Ajbapur Unit of the Company, with an investment of Rs. 131.30 crore, we further inform you that the aforesaid CBG plant has been commissioned today i.e., 27.03.2025 at 9.00 am and the commercial production has commenced. CBG is a value add to the byproduct of Sugar Process. It is an environmentally friendly renewable fuel that helps in reducing the greenhouse gas emissions and lower dependence on fossil fuels. While adding to the revenue stream of the Company, this will also align with the Company's commitment to sustainability.

Shares of DCM Shriram Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1118.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1043.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11517 in over 2561 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1180.70 and intraday low of 991.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12394616.00.
