Kalyani Strategic Systems Ltd enters into JV agreement with DUMA

Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited, wholly owned Subsidiary of Bharat Forge Limited ("KSSL") has entered into a joint venture agreement ("JV Agreement") on Thursday, March 27, 2025, with Duma Engineering Group S.L. ("DUMA"), for formation of a new joint venture company ("JV Co.") in Spain. This joint venture aims to collaborate for developing technology, product platforms and solutions relating to defence products to address Indian, European and certain other export markets.

As per the JV Agreement, KSSL and DUMA will hold 90% and 10% equity stake, respectively in JV Co., subject to fulfillment of conditions specified in the JV Agreement.

Shares of Bharat Forge Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1182.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1184.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7287 in over 955 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1201.40 and intraday low of 1177.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8661783.00.
