GHCL Textiles Limited discontinues operations at Kaveri section of Manaparai Unit

GHCL Textiles Limited has announced that the production at the outdated Kaveri section of Manaparai Unit of the Company is discontinued w.e.f. March 24, 2025, primarily due to high repair and maintenance costs associated with aging machinery. The proceeds from the sale of these assets will be strategically utilized to modernize other sections of the Unit, focusing on value-added products.

Shares of GHCL Textiles Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 78.98 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 78.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48318 in over 570 trades.
