Welspun Specialty Solutions Limited allots 13,25,22,289 shares on rights basis

The Rights Issue Committee (the “Committee") of Welspun Specialty Solutions Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on Monday, March 24, 2025, has considered and approved the allotment of 13,25,22,289 fully paid-up Equity Shares at an issue price of ₹26.40 per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of ₹20.40 per Rights Equity Share) to eligible equity shareholders, renounce and persons/entities who have indicated their desire to acquire shares of our Company, as the case may be, pursuant to the Rights Issue.

Accordingly, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from ₹ 3,18,05,34,936/- to ₹ 3,97,56,68,670/- by addition of 13,25,22,289 equity shares.

The said fully paid-up Equity Shares allotted to eligible equity shareholders or applicants (renouncee), as the case may be, shall rank pari passu in all respect with the existing fully paid-up Equity Shares of the Company.

Shares of Welspun Specialty Solutions Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 31.27 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 31.16. The total number of shares traded during the day was 640867 in over 829 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 32.41 and intraday low of 31.01. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20319419.00.
