Naperol Investments Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 9

The Board of Directors of Naperol Investments Limited (fka National Peroxide Limited) at its meeting held today, i.e. March 21, 2025, have considered and declared interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 of Rs. 9.00/- per equity share i.e. 90% of face value of Rs.10/- per equity share.

The Board of Directors have fixed Thursday, March 27, 2025, as the Record Date to determine the eligibility of shareholders to receive the aforesaid interim dividend. The Interim Dividend is subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes and will be paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.
