Samvardhana Motherson International Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited in its meeting held on Friday, March 21, 2025, has approved declaration of Interim Dividend of INR 0.50 (Fifty Paisa only) per equity share (face value of INR 1/- each) for the financial year 2024-25 on the Equity Shares of the Company.

The Board of Directors has fixed "Record Date" for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend as Friday, March 28, 2025.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid within the stipulated time in accordance with the law/regulation to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose name appears on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of Equity Shares as on the Record Date fixed for this purpose.

Shares of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 131.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 128.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 289821 in over 2425 trades.
