Jindal Stainless Limited's CFO resigns

Mr. Anurag Mantri, Executive Director & Group CFO (designated as Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel) of Jindal Stainless Limited has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company to pursue new professional opportunities. Accordingly, he will cease to be the Executive Director & Group CFO of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours of 04th April, 2025.

Shares of Jindal Stainless Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 654.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 654.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25554 in over 1820 trades.
