Ashiana Housing Ltd converts 92 units into booking at Ashiana Amaya project

Ashiana Housing Ltd have converted 92 units into booking (comprising of 1.98 Lakhs sq. ft. area, approx., with sale value of INR 145.34 crores) of the project "Ashiana Amaya". The process of conversion of Expression of Interest (EOI) into booking started on 14th December 2025 and is currently ongoing.

"Ashiana Amaya" is a Premium Homes project at Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) wherein we had launched 230 units comprising of 3 BHK and 4 BHK units.

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 288.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 289.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1149 in over 67 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 290.10 and intraday low of 285.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 330544.00.
