Dhani Services Ltd's subsidiary executes MoU for real estate project

Dhani Services Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary company, has executed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), with certain land owners on 5.37 acres in Sector 104, Gurgaon, to develop real estate project(s), which shall be subject to registration with Real Estate Regulatory Authority and other applicable regulatory approval(s).

This MoU will expand our 100% owned ongoing project "Indiabulls Estate & Club" in Sector 104, Gurgaon from 24 acres to 29.37 acres. The aggregate development on 29.37 acres will be 70.8 lacs sq. ft. and thus the expected revenue basis current selling prices in the project would be approx. 12,065 cr.

Shares of Dhani Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 59.36 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 57.74. The total number of shares traded during the day was 398845 in over 3069 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 59.85 and intraday low of 57.33. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23520357.00.
