Insolation Green Energy Pvt Ltd receives highest single sale order amounting to Rs. 733.04 Crores

Insolation Green Energy Private Limited (A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Insolation Energy Limited) have been awarded purchase order (PO) aggregating to Rs. 513.13 Crores (Rupees Five Hundred Thirteen Crores Twelve Lakhs Eighty Thousand Only) including GST for supply of Solar PV Module N Type BI Facial (G to G) by KPI Green Energy Limited in our wholly owned subsidiary company Insolation Green Energy Private Limited for their project at GUVNL. The delivery schedule for the product shall be between June 2025 to March 2026.

The company has been awarded purchase order (PO) aggregating to Rs. 219.91 Crores(Rupees Two Hundred Nineteen Crores Ninety One Lakhs Twenty Thousand Only) including GST for supply of Solar PV Module N Type BI Facial (G to G) by KPI Green Energy Limited in our wholly owned subsidiary company Insolation Green Energy Private Limited for their project at GUVNL Phase-2. The delivery schedule for the product shall be between June 2025 to March 2026.

The combined addition in the revenue of the company from these two purchase orders will be Rs. 733.04 Crores. This order is in addition to the LOA of Rs. 372.20 Crores received by our company from Rajasthan Renewal Energy Corporation Limited and Teerth Gopicon Limited for supply of Solar Module under Hybrid Annuity Model.
